How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order number from your receipt, or contact our support team and we will help you submit the request.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancellations outside the 30-day refund window are not automatically refunded for past charges.
