1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and leagal Draft pro pI ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the AI drafting software-as-a-service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

leagal Draft pro pI provides AI-assisted drafting tools intended for personal injury legal workflows. Output produced by the Service is informational and is not a substitute for professional legal judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, the use of any output, verifying accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any input content. We may filter or refuse outputs and may remove content or suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Service.
